You are buying a camping membership with Mountain River Trails Camping Association with use of a lot. You are not purchasing any real property (land). Mountain River Trails owns all of the property (land and buildings) and pays all of the property taxes from membership dues, for the entire campground. No one (except the caretakers) can reside at Mountain River Trails.
