The gate operates only with a valid MRT Gate
Card.

Scan MRT Gate Card to within 12 inches of the
card reader pad.
|

The gate opens for one vehicle at a time. Trucks
and trailers are considered as one vehicle.

The gate will operate after regular office hours by
Gate Card only.
|
 |
Guest Passes are only available during regular office
hours.
|
 |
Members are responsible for opening the gate for their
guests and immediate family members after office hours prior to the issuance
of a Guest Pass Card.

If the gate is inoperable, please summon the
Caretakers.
|
 |
Accidents can and do happen and can be prevented. Be
careful. Please summon the Caretaker if an accident does occur.
|
 |
If an accident happens after hours, and the gate arm is
broken, please stop, put the gate arm on the porch and report
the accident to the Caretakers in the morning.
|
 |
No tailgating or negligent actions. Tailgating is
considered a negligent action.
|
 |
If tailgating or negligence occurs and the gate is broken, a
minimum replacement cost of $100.00 will be charged to the individual
damaging the gate arm. The gate provider will be contacted to insure
that no damage has occurred to the operating system and all costs for the
service call and repairs will be borne by the negligent party.

Gate Cards in the possession of non-members will be
confiscated. A minimum fine of $100.00 will be levied
against that member. An appearance before the Board of Directors also
may be required.

If a guest or immediate family member fails to return a
Guest Pass Card, a fine of $25.00 will be levied against the
member who has sponsored the guest or immediate family member.

 |
Failure to comply with the golden rules could cause member
and or their guest and or immediate family member to be removed from the
campground.

ENTRANCE GOLDEN RULES
Now that you have your new gate card(s), here is the current
procedure to keep in mind.
Remember
....your By-Laws
and Restriction of Facilities say:
"Only members whose
names are on the certificate may buy and use gate
cards." "...no more than 3 persons names may
appear on the membership certificate,..."
"Members
are held responsible for the actions of their guest and immediate
family"....."are also responsible to see that their guests are
registered."
" immediate
family member may use the membership in the absence of the member provided
that they register with the Caretaker." ....."Only family members
recorded with the Caretakers will be considered immediate family."
"Guests must be
accompanied by a
member."
"All guests must register with the Caretaker upon entering the
campground."
A
guest is anyone who is not an Owner or Co-Owner of a Membership.
"Guests may not sponsor another party to enter the
campground."
DEFINITIONS and then
some
.......
"Immediate family member": One (1) named
individual. For example, the spouse/child/etc. of an "immediate
family member" would each need to be recorded by the member to authorize
entry into camp when the member is not present.
"Recorded":
Pre-authorized by the member on the 'Rol-A-Dex' in the
office.
"Guest": A
person who is not a member or is not on the immediate family member 'Rol-A-Dex'
with the
Caretaker.
"Guest Pass": A
card activated by the office or a sticker issued by the Caretaker to be visibly
displayed on any vehicle in which a member is not the driver or passenger.
"Primary Member":
The first name listed on the certificate (or names in the case of a married
couple). Usually the Primary Member's address is considered the 'address
of record' for mailing purposes.
"Co-owner Member":
The other name(s) on the certificate listed after the Primary Member name(s)
with equal responsibilities and ownership as the Primary Member.
"3 persons names may appear on
the certificate....": (both spouses may be listed as one person)
i.e. John and Mary smith, Sam Smith and Nancy Jones.
COURTESIES:
If you are expecting a guest(s),
please notify the office as soon as
possible.
If the office is closed when you arrive, please leave a note on the
'outside clipboard' for unusual circumstances regarding guests, immediate family
members, extra vehicles,
etc.
If you have a situation that you are unsure about, please ask or
call the Caretaker in advance as it will help prevent any
